Hot and Sticky Orange Chicken Wings

Thanks to Tim Gabio for the Share via CPU Culinary Alumni.   The weather is almost feel like summer except that we got the extra bonus of really cool mornings. Now most of us are thinking of Rescue 911 to pullout that grill which is now all the way back inside the garage. So get ready guys and here is a starter recipe for that long dreamed of grillathon that will soon happen.  Way to go guys!

Ingredients

  • 16 chicken wings (about 4 pounds)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

Preparation

Remove wing tips from chicken wings and discard; cut remaining wings apart at the joints. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place on a broiler pan with a rack. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until crisp and golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Makes 8 servings.
